International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD)

The 1965 UN racial-discrimination convention that supplies jurisdiction for Armenia v. Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan v. Armenia at the International Court of Justice. It is the main treaty vehicle for post-2020 litigation over prisoners, hate speech, movement, return and cultural rights.
