Bishkek Protocol

1994-05-05 · Russia (mediator); Armenia; Azerbaijan; NKR

Russian-mediated ceasefire signed in Bishkek on 5 May 1994 by representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the unrecognised Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Held with intermittent violations until the April 2016 Four-Day War and, ultimately, the September–November 2020 Second Karabakh War.
