First of the four UN Security Council resolutions on the Nagorno-Karabakh war. Adopted unanimously on 30 April 1993 under Chapter VI. Demanded the immediate cessation of hostilities and the withdrawal of "all occupying forces" from Kelbajar and other recently occupied areas of Azerbaijan.
