European Parliament resolution on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh

European Parliament resolution P9_TA(2023)0356 on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. Adopted on 5 October 2023 by 491 in favour, 9 against, 33 abstentions. Characterised the September 2023 Azerbaijani operation and ensuing exodus as ethnic cleansing and called for targeted sanctions and review of the EU–Azerbaijan strategic gas partnership.
